Competition Terms And Conditions
Please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions below before entering our competitions.
1. To qualify to enter the competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be 18 years old or over. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of, Wordsworth Technology its associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with the Solid State Group, or any member of any such person's family. Wordsworth Technology reserves the right to verify the legibility of applications.
2. To enter the competition, applicants must complete the registration form and the competition application form in its entirety, including accepting these terms and conditions, and submit the application form to us. In order to qualify for the prize, your entry must be received by the closing date stated in the competition details. Incomplete entries or those not received by the above deadline will be disqualified.
3. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.
4. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
5. The make and model of the prize may be subject to change. Wordsworth Technology reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Wordsworth Technology shall be final.
7. Wordsworth Technology reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
8. In the event that any applicant is disqualified from the competition, Wordsworth Technology in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further applicant will be selected on the same criteria as the original applicant and will be subjected to these terms and conditions.
9. Entry to the competition is by email only.
10. The winner will be selected from those entries received before the closing date. Wordsworth Technologies decision is final.
11. Only the winning applicant will be contacted by Wordsworth Technology. Wordsworth Technologies decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner's name may be published on the Wordsworth Technology website after the closing date of the competition.
13. The winner may be requested to make themselves available for promotion or publicity of Wordsworth Technology, Solid State and/or ICP and shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. Wordsworth Technology has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
15. Wordsworth Technology reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site.
16. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
